Emily is passionate about sharing her love of food with others. She helps clients improve their health by optimizing food choices, while also examining movement, stress and sleep. Her practice honors the uniqueness of each individual and centers on improving the client's relationship with food through a non-diet approach. Emily emphasizes mindfulness techniques and intuitive eating to work toward client goals, whether that’s recovery from an eating disorder or navigating digestive issues and possible food intolerances.
Emily is a registered dietitian nutritionist based in Washington, D.C. She completed both her masters degree in Nutrition & Public Health and her dietetic internship at Teachers College, Columbia University. Emily has worked with a variety of organizations, ranging from clinical practice to nonprofit to corporate wellness.
