Services
Change is hard, especially when you're going at it alone. Our nutrition counseling offers unique support and expertise to work toward your health goals.
Nutrition Counseling
Initial Assessment
During your first nutrition counseling session, we’ll review past medical history, usual dietary intake, and any health concerns or goals you might have. You are not required to bring anything to this appointment, but medical documents (such as recent labs) are welcome. At the end of this session, a recommendation regarding follow-up appointments will be made based on individual needs.
Session Time: 75 minutes
Cost: $275
Follow-Up Appointments
Since so many factors affect health and behavior, a stand-alone initial assessment offers limited benefit without follow-up appointments. In follow-ups, you’ll continue to collaborate with your dietitian on health goals, learn from successes and setbacks, and explore topics that support your needs (such as Intuitive Eating, coping skills, meal planning, mindfulness and stress reduction, nutrition education, labs interpretation, etc.).
Session Time: 45 minutes
Cost: $210
For clients interested in engaging in longer-term work, we offer the 6+ Series option to reduce the cost of follow-up sessions. At the end of your initial session, your dietitian will make a recommendation about which follow-up option will be most appropriate for your goals:

Pricing FAQ
-
The Series will continue on a month-to-month basis until the client informs their dietitian they’d like to opt out.
-
Because of the reduced rates we offer with the 6+ Series, we’re not able to shorten the 6-session commitment period. However, nutrition touches many aspects of our lives so, even if you’ve met your initial goals, you may still find value in meeting with your dietitian to discuss genetic and lifestyle risk factors, meal planning, kitchen organization, or other elements of your food experience.
-
No, but you can join the 6+ Series at any time!
Using Insurance
Our practitioners are out-of-network providers and do not participate with insurance at this time. However, we will submit superbills on your behalf! A superbill is a receipt of medical services recognized by insurance companies, and submitting it to your insurer helps nutrition counseling count toward your annual deductible. In our experience, reimbursement may be significant after you have fulfilled your annual deductible.
If you’d like to know more about what your insurance company may reimburse, we invite you to click the button below to request a benefits verification and someone from our team will reach out via email to share the results.
We also provide a script to guide you in what questions to ask if you’d like to call your insurance company. The script is complimentary and does not guarantee any specific insurance outcomes.
